At Goldfinch, our Executive Chef, Krisztian Herczig, draws inspiration from the Mediterranean basin — Southern Europe, the Levant and Northern Africa — where produce is celebrated, technique is honoured and dining is generous by nature.

Italian craft, Spanish depth, Greek fire and North African spice form the foundation of the menu. These traditions are elevated with Australia’s exceptional produce and native botanicals — including river mint, mountain pepper berry, lemon myrtle, lilly pilly and Kakadu plum — woven thoughtfully throughout each dish.

Our open and airy dining space can host even the most intimate private events, such as weddings, anniversary celebrations, engagements, and extended family affairs. Our functions team can also help plan your next work event, designing a menu to cater for all dietary preferences. Our open dining space can cater up to 100 people for a relaxed, a la carte event.
