Event Format

Our Hamptons-inspired dining space can be tailored to suit your event, whether you require structured seating, a mix of standing and seated, or a full cocktail event.

Our function packages can also be tailored to your celebration with an extensive canape selection, an elegant high tea menu, a set menu which you can design with our experienced head chef, as well as our restaurant a la carte menu.

Function Menus

Our functions menus have been curated by world class chefs and offer Mediterranean-inspired canapes, dishes, and desserts.

The menu items feature local ingredients such as buffalo mozzarella from Byron Bay Cheese Co, and seafood from Fremantle Octopus and the local fish market. Our team can also work with you to design a menu that caters to all dietary preferences such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and most allergies.

Once your menu is finalised, our team will create a balanced beverage list to align with your budget and guests to ensure there is something for everyone. From colourful cocktails, craft beers, and premium local and international wines, to perfectly brewed coffees.
